Similar to the PieDAO Ovens but for other transactions.

A user should be able to open a transaction "ticket" and add his funds to the "ticket" with a time when the transaction will be sent. During that time other people can join and contribute funds to it. After the time elapsed the transaction is sent. Like this it should be possible to reduce gas cost for the individual.

I see this especially suitable for transactions with stable coins as they are less time sensitive i guess.
